 We refer to our announcement submitted to BSE dated 20th March, 2020 vide reference no: RCL/KMS/BSE/SEBI-REGULN-30/2020 wherein we intimated about resignation of Non-Executive Directors, Shri. Chetan G Cholera (DIN: 00131143) and Shri. Lalit M Bijlani (DIN: 01382116) to be effective from the conclusion of Board Meeting if held on 5th April, 2020. We hereby inform you that due to ongoing pandemic COVID:19 and total lockdown declared by the Government, the Board Meeting scheduled on 5th April, 2020 stands postponed till further notice. As a result the resignation of above two Directors, being conditional, stands extended to the date of the next Board Meeting as and when held for which advance intimation will be sent to you separately. You are requested to kindly take note of the same.

RAPICUT CARBIDES LTD. - 500360 - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

 The COVID-19 situation in India is constantly evolving with the Government issuing a series of local health and safety advisories which have become more stringent over time to ensure the safety and wellbeing of people. Many states have now issued a directive for lockdowns, imposition of Section 144, shut down of factories and offices as well as public transport in various regions,states and districts. On the directives of the District Collector complete lock down has been declared in Ankleshwar where our Registered Office is located. Accordingly, Rapicut Carbides Limited has mandated its Key Managerial Personnel to work from home on need basis and has also decided to safely suspend operations in its manufacturing plant with immediate effect until further notice. The situation will be closely monitored, and operations at the manufacturing plant will be resumed when the situation improves, and it is safe to do so.
