We hereby submit that Unimode Overseas Limited paid-up equity share capital not exceeds Rs. 10 Crore and Net Worth also not exceeds Rs. 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year i.e., 31st March, 2023. In view of above, the compliance with provisions of the Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to us.
