Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we give below the Result of Voting at the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on 4th September, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Gyan Manch, 11 Pretoria Street, Kolkata- 700 071. The mode of voting for all resolutions was Remote E-voting conducted between August 31, 2019 (9.00 A.M) to September 3, 2019 (5.00 P.M) and Voting through Ballot paper at the Annual General Meeting.
