 Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the "Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of un-published price sensitive information" as envisaged under Regulation B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.Further, the Company also has in place the Policy on "Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders" as envisaged under Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
