 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) read with Regulation 10(5) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 the Company has received an information of Inter-se transfer of Shares (by way of Gift) amongst the Promoter and Promoter Group. As per the attached intimation, this being an inter-se transfer of shares amongst the Promoter and Promoter Group, falls within the exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 (qualifying person being promoter in the shareholding pattern filed by the target company for not less than three years prior to the proposed acquisition).
