With reference to the above cited subject, we wish to inform the exchange that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on 12th October 2022 at 11.30 a.m. at the Corporate office of the Company. Pursuant to the exercise of option for conversion of warrants into equity shares by the allottees, the Board approved the allotment of 72,00,000 (Seventy- Two Lakh) fully paid-up Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each at a price of Rs. 21/- (Rupees Twenty-One only) per share.12-10-2022
