Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015,as amended, and in accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons for trading in company's shares/securities, the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 01st October,2019 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September,2019. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available.
