On the basis of certificate of RTA, we hereby confirm that :- a) The securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 31st December,2019 were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by RTA of the Company and that the securities comprised in the said Certificate(s) have been listed on the Stock Exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed; and b) The securities Certificate(s)received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the depository participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of Members as the registered owners within 15 days.
