Further, pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 01.04.2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2020. However, the impact of COVID-19 situation on the Company''s business in not immediately assessable.
