With reference to earlier announcement dated August 12, 2011 regarding Book Closure, Ruby Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that the 95th Annual General Meeting of the Company originally scheduled to be held on September 21,2011 has now been postponed to September 29, 2011. Further the Company has informed that there is no change in the Book closure / Record Date. The postponement is due to the delay in printing and dispatch of Annual Report to the members due to the festival holidays. Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM
