Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has suffered losses during the financial year 2011-12 due to non-availability of raw material, increase in the cost of raw material, high interest cost and foreign exchange fluctuations and the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012 have decided to approach its Bankers through the Corporate Debt Restructuring process for restructuring of the Companys debt.26-05-2012
