 In terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. 1st July, 2019) till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The details of the date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending June 30, 2019, shall be intimated in due course.
