Balaji Naidu, Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director (DIN: 00002755) effective from January 21, 2022, upon his attaining the age of 75 years. The Board of the Directors deeply appreciate his valuable contributions during his term as Director of the Company for close to four decades. Details pursuant to Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as an Annexure.

Q2FY22 Quarterly Result Announced for Elgi Equipments Ltd.

 Highlights: PAT of Rs. 51.6 Crores for the September 2021 quarter, compared to a PAT of Rs. 33.2 Crores in the same period in 2020- 21, on a consolidated basis. The standalone PAT for the quarter was Rs. 56.9 Crores as compared to a PAT of Rs. 29.8 Crores in the same period in 2020-21 Consolidated sales for the quarter was Rs. 652 Crores as against Rs. 480 Crores in the corresponding quarter in 2020-21. Standalone sales for the quarter was Rs. 416 Crores compared to Rs. 265 Crores for the same quarter in 2020-21. Result PDF
