The 35thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Regency Ceramics Limited ('the Company') was held on Monday, 30th September, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. at registered office of the Company at 89/A, Aishwarya, 1st Floor, Street No.8, Sagar Society, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500 034. Dr. G N Naidu Chaired the meeting. The requisite quorum being present, the Chairman called the meeting to order. The Chairman delivered his speech and informed that the Company had provided the Members the facility to cast their vote electronically, on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. Members who were present at the AGM and had not cast their votes electronically were provided an opportunity to cast their votes at the end of the meeting.30-09-2019
