We refer to our intimation dated 15th December, 2020 and 07th January, 2021, wherein it was informed that Company has entered into a Lease agreement with Arcee Ispat Udyog Limited to take on lease the Land, Building and Plant &Machinery; of Arcee Ispat Udyog Limited for a period of 10 Years and has scheduled to start its Commercial Production of Black steel tubes & pipes w.e.f. 14th January, 2021. In continuation of above information and pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Company has started its Commercial Production of Black steel tubes & pipes w.e.f. today i.e. 14th January, 2021 at the unit situated adjoining to our company at 7th k.m. Barwala Road, Hisar-125001, Haryana.14-01-2021
