OIL/SEC/45/IT dated 30.06.2020 on the above subject i.e. Closure of trading window from Wednesday, 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020 is made public. It is now notified that the Trading Window shall remain closed up to Sunday, 23rd August, 2020 in view of the Board Meeting scheduled on Friday, 21st August, 2020 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
