Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI LODR we enclose the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Indiabulls Ventures Limited for the quarter ended June 30, 2019, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting held today i.e. July 31, 2019 (which was commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 P.M.). We also submit herewith Limited Review Report(s) dated July 31, 2019. The Board also authorised to provide another opportunity to the shareholders for payment of Second Call Money, by providing a separate window from August 12, 2019 to August 26, 2019 (both days inclusive). The Board, subject to applicable approvals, has approved the shifting of the registered office of the Company to its corporate and head office situated at Gurugram.
