Computer Factory (India) Private Limited, two wholly owned subsidiary companies ['Transferor Companies'] with M/s. Accel Limited ['Transferee Company'] and their respective members and creditors under the provisions of Section 233 and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
