The Board Meeting of the Company was held as on date. The major outcomes of the said Board Meeting are as under: 1. The Board approved the un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a limited review of the said results. The copy of the un-audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with the limited review reports is enclosed herewith as Annexure - I. Further, the Presentation on the Performance Highlights of the Company is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II for dissemination.
