Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has approved an allotment of 1,752 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,752 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 3,06,03,181 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 3,06,04,933 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
