RAMCO SYSTEMS LTD. - 532370 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS
Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has approved an allotment of 1,345 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,345 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 3,07,14,082 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 3,07,15,427 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. Kindly note that the Company has received the following in principle approvals from the Stock Exchanges in connection with ESOS 2013: i) The BSE Limited vide their letter No. DCS/IPO/CS/ESOP-IP/365/2014-15 dated 16th September, 2014 for ESOS 2013. ii) The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letter No. NSE/LIST/252668-7 dated 13th October, 2014 for ESOS 2013.25-05-2021

Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI LODR, we wish to inform that, Rating Committee of ICRA, after due consideration, has revised the ratings for Rs.214.50 crore Bank Facilities of Ramco Systems Limited. The Outlook on the long-term rating is revised from positive to stable.30-04-2021
