Pursuant to Regulation-15 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, 'disclosures of related party transactions' provisions shall not apply, in respect of: a) The listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding Rupees Ten Crores; and b) Net worth not exceeding Rupees Twenty Five Crores, as on the last day of the previous financial year. Further as on March 31st, 2021, our Paid up Equity Share Capital is 60,000,000 & our Net Worth is also Rs. 57,603,000 Accordingly, Regulation-23(9) will not be applicable in terms of Regulation-15 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and hence, the Company is not required to furnish half yearly 'disclosures of related party transactions' to the Exchange and we request you to consider the same.10-06-2022
