 This has reference to the aforesaid SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1114212018 dated November 19, 2018. We hereby inform you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company's office was severely impacted, as we were located in a containment zone for a lengthy period of time, and thus submission of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2020 could not be possible in time. None of the accounts team members were able to come to office. Reasons for this delay were beyond our control. We kindly request you to bear with us. We will inform you the date of submission of aforesaid result in due course.
