Furthermore, His appointment is subject to approval of shareholders of the company. Brief Profile: - Mr. Rahul Mohadikar is B.com Graduate and having wide experience of 10 years in the field of Finance and Cash Management. He is not related with any Director or Relatives of Directors of the company. 2 The board have considered and approved the resignation of Mr. Vinod Chaturbhuj Jain having Din: - 01141827 from the post of Independent Director of the company w.e.f 08.03.2019.
