In this connection, 21.10.2019 has been declared as a public holiday in Maharashtra in the view of assembly elections. Further, the SEBI, Mumbai office and Stock Exchanges have declared a trading holiday as well. As disclosed in the LOF, the said Buy-back Offer was opened on Friday, October 11, 2019 and set to close on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
