 It is hereby informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading )Regulation, 2015 and code of conduct on prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of the company shall be closed for all Designated Persons covered under, the code .from 1st July, 2019 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2019 to the Public.
