 As per SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19.11.2018, the reasons for non-submission / delayed submission of financial results within the prescribed timelines are to be disclosed to the Stock Exchange within one working day of the due date of submission of the financial results. Accordingly, the Company would like to furnish the reasons for delay in publishing of the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2021, as under: Our Company was in the process of implementation of ERP Software (Enterprise Resource Planning), there are still certain issues in Migration of the new Software. There were some technical issues in the output. Our technical team is in the process of rectifying the errors. But due to the migration issues which continues, we will not be able to complete the accounts before the due date and could not finalize the accounts of the Third Quarter within the stipulated time as per the SEBI LODR 2015.
