 With reference to the above captioned subject and our letter dated May 03, 2022, we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the paid up equity share capital and net worth of Luharuka Media & Infra Limited ('the Company') for the last three consecutive preceding financial years does not exceed rupees ten crore and rupees twenty-five crore respectively, and therefore, the provisions of regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations are not applicable to the Company from the Financial Year 2022-23. Hence, the compliance with the provisions of Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations is not applicable to our Company for half year ended March 31, 2023.
