Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the NCLT, vide its order dated February 21, 2022 ('Order') [passed in the matter of Company Scheme Application No.: C.A. (CAA) No. 28/230-232/MB/2022 in respect of the Scheme], has inter-alia directed the Company to convene a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) for consideration and approval of the Scheme under Sections 230 to 232 (read with other applicable provisions) of the Companies Act, 2013, and rules framed thereunder. A copy of the Certified true copy of the said Order, as received today by the Company, is enclosed herewith. The notice of the NCLT convened a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be issued in due course.14-03-2022
