 This is to inform that the Company has received a resignation letter dated 19th December, 2020 (enclosed as Annexure-II) from Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan, a Non- Executive Promoter Director, resigning from the Directorship of Williamson Financial Services Limited (the Company'') with effect from 19th December, 2020 due to pre-occupation in other Companies which has constrained him to effectively contribute as a Director. Accordingly, Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan ceases to be a director of the company with effect from 19th December, 2020.
