Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on today i.e., Monday, June 28, 2021 have considered the following: 1. Approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. The financial results under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. 2. Audit Report on the aforesaid Financial Results from our Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith as Annexure B. 3. A declaration w.r.t audit report on Impact of audit qualification for Audit Report with modified opinion is enclosed as Annexure C.
