THERMAX LTD. - 500411 - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015-Temporary Suspension Of Production At Manufacturing Facilities, Closure Of Business Offices / Sites

 In light of the outbreak of coronavirus (Covid-19) and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby communicate as under: The Company has temporarily suspended production at its Chinchwad and Bhosari, Sholapur manufacturing facilities located at Maharashtra, Sricity plant located at Andhra Pradesh, Savli & Mundra plants located in Gujarat till 25th March 2020 / 31st March, 2020, further to government guidelines in this regard. The company has also closed its business offices at various locations in India and services at O&M; sites in India and abroad further to local government guidelines. The Company has formed a team of its senior employees to keep close eye on the situation emerging out of out-break of Covid -19. If required, the Company may take decision to shut down its operations at its other plants and upon the same necessary communication will be sent to all concern in due course.
