 we enclose hereto, for your information and record, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020, duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company ('the Board') at its meeting held today i.e. February 12, 2021, which commenced at 2:30 P.M. and concluded at 3:57 P.M.
