The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid results are attached.

(Sharex) our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company informing us about the merger of Sharex into Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. Accordingly, Sharex has now ceased to exist as a separate entity and hereafter post merger is known as Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. (Link Intime).
