 Sir, We hereby bring to your kind notice that due to pandemic of COVID-19, lock-down since March, 2020. Therefore, our office was also inoperative since then and we resumed our work at Corporate Office situated in Bangalore in the month of July 2020. For the above-mentioned reason, the Company is facing practical issues in preparing the required audited financials. The Statutory auditors of the Company are hesitant to travel during this time to examine and verify the Company accounts. The external auditors of the company to verify the financials. Due to these practical difficulties, the Company will not be able to submit the financial results within the timelines specified. In light of the above, the Company hereby seeks an extension of the timeline, for the submission of the audited financial results for the year ended 2019-20, for a further period of sixty (60) days, ending September 30, 2020. Request you to do the need ful.
