The Board have considered and approved the issuance of 28,75,000 Equity Shares to Promoter(s) Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal and Smt. Rashmi Devi Agrawal, by way of Preferential Issue in accordance with Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, and other applicable laws, at a price of Rs. 13.90/- per Equity Share aggregating to Rs. 399.63 Lakhs, subject to the approval of regulatory/ statutory authorities and the shareholders of the Company.
