 The Board of Directors of Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited ('Transferee Company') in its Meeting held on 18th May, 2018 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary, namely Pipri Limited ('Transferor Company') with the Transferee Company, with effect from 1st April, 2018. The Scheme is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals including sanction of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal.
