SURYALATA SPINNING MILLS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 11th Day of February 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve - 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2021. 2. To consider and approve the resignation of Mrs. Sada Naga Latha, Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. 3. To Review and Appoint Miss. Khushboo Jain, as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed on 1st January, 2022 will remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after declaration of Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2021 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code.02-02-2022
