Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30.05.2022 inter-alia, considered the following businesses among others: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the Quarter and Year ended on 31.03.2022. 2. Approved the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to approval by the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 1:30 P.M. We would like to inform you that in the previous declaration of even date we had erroneously entered the name of Statutory Auditor. There is no change in statutory auditor of the Company.30-05-2022
