Book Closure For Payment Of Dividend
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, the 19th August, 2017 to Thursday, the 24th August, 2017 (both days inclusive). The said Book Closure is for ascertaining the eligible shareholders who would be entitled for payment of Dividend on the equity shares for FY 2016-17. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the aforesaid AGM, shall be paid on or after 9th October, 2017 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.28-07-2017
