Dear Sir, In continuation of our aforesaid reference letter and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform that considering the prevailing unprecedented critical situation caused by the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic / epidemic and prevailing Nationwide Lockdown situation, the operations of following Plants of the Company situated at Bharuch Complex are under complete shutdown. 1 Ammonia 2 Urea 3 Ammonium Nitrate Melt Further, Weak Nitric Acid - II Plant will be under complete shutdown from tomorrow.
