RPG Life Sciences Ltd - 532983 - Communication To Shareholders On Tax Deduction At Source/ Withholding Tax On Dividend

 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, April 30, 2021 have recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs.7.20 (90%) per Equity Share of Face Value Rs. 8/- each, for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and shall be paid after deduction of tax at the applicable rates.
