We had, vide our letter No.KGDL/SECTL/2021 dated 31.03.2021, notified about closure of Trading Window for all Company''s Directors, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Year Ended 31st March, 2021. In view of the prevailing pandemic COVID-19 and announcement of lockdown by Central and State Governments, we are unable to hold the Board Meeting for adoption and declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31.3.2021. Intimation about the deferment of Board Meeting has already been intimated to BSE on 22.06.2021. In view of the aforesaid the closure of Trading Window as referred to in (i) above stands withdrawn. You are aware the second wave of the monstrous pandemic COVID 19 has ravaged several parts of India from March 2021 Vide Notification referred to in (i) above the SEBI had extended the time limit for adoption of Financial Accounts for the FY 2020-21 upto June 30, 2021 Vide its last Notification dated 20.06.2021, referred to in (ii) above, the lockdown was extended upto June 28, 2021. Coimbatore, where the Registered Office and its Plants are located and belonging to Category I refer to in the Circular stated in (ii) above has been very badly affected by the pandemic, the State government may extend the lockdown for periods beyond the present 28th June, 2021.
