The stock exchanges are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Consumer Products Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the "GCPL ESGS"), some of the option grantee have exercised 15,278 stock grants equivalent to 15,278 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each of the Company (the "Equity Shares"). Accordingly, the duly authorised Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 15,278 equity shares at an exercise price of Re.1 per equity share to the option grantees in terms of the GCPL ESGS. Consequently, the issued capital of the Company stands increased to 102,26,66,078 equity shares of Re.1 each and the subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 102,26,34,954 equity shares of face value Re.1 each.
