Further, the company will be providing the certificate to the exchange from the Practising Company Secretary, certifying the as on date compliance of Regulation 3(5) and/or Regulation 3(6) of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. The board further assures that the company is complying with said Regulations and will be more vigilant so as to ensure that no event of non-compliance arises in future.
