 In terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, this is to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Unitholders of Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ('Trust') is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Attached notice of the EGM dated January 10, 2022 has been sent to all the Unitholders of the Trust through electronic mode on January 10, 2022 by Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited (formerly known as WIP (India) Private Limited), acting in its capacity as the Investment Manager of the Trust. The said EGM notice is also uploaded on the website of the Trust at www.towerinfratrust.com. The Unitholders can approve the resolutions through remote e-Voting, the details of which are provided in the notice of the EGM.

 This is to inform that Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ("Trust") has voluntarily obtained an Issuer Rating ("Is") from CARE Ratings Limited, which has assigned 'CARE AAA (Is)/Stable" rating (pronounced as Triple A (Issuer rating) with Stable outlook) to the Trust on January 4, 2022 (copy of credit rating letter is enclosed herewith). This rating indicates highest degree of strength with regard to honouring debt obligations. Please note that, since incorporation and as on date the Trust has no outstanding borrowings at standalone level.
