The voting period would begin on Monday, September 27, 2021 (9:00 a.m.) (IST) and end on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (5:00 p.m.)(IST) During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date, i.e., Thursday, September 23, 2021 may cast their vote electronically. Record date for the payment of final dividend: The Company has fixed Thursday, September 23, 2021 as the ''Record Date'' for determining members eligible to receive final dividend of Rs. 0.47/- per paid up equity share of Rs. 1/- each ( i.e.@ 47%) for the financial year 2020-21.
