 Sir, The NBCC''s 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC) /Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In line with the SEBI (LODR), 2015 & the Companies Act, 2013 facility of e-voting for the Members was made available from Monday, September 27, 2021 at 9:00 AM (IST) to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 05:00 PM (1ST). Members who were present at the Annual General Meeting and had not casted their votes by remote evoting were given the facility to cast their vote through e-voting at the Meeting.
