 Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), we would like bring to your attention non-material changes in the reporting of previous period figures in the Statement of Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March, 2023 as below 1. Profit for the period attributable to Non-controlling Interest for Quarter Ended 31st December 2022: was reported as NIL and has now been corrected to rupees 35.21 Lakhs. 2. Total comprehensive income for the period attributable to Non-controlling Interest for Quarter Ended 31st December 2022: was reported as NIL and has now been corrected to rupees 35.21 Lakhs 3. Consolidated statement of Cash Flows for the year ended 31st March, 2022: Net Increase/(Decrease) in Cash and Cash Equivalents: Replacing Rupees 10.38 Lakhs to 10.10 Lakhs. The above changes do not have any impact on the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31st, 2023.
