Dear Sir/ Madam, This is with reference to NSE letter/email dated August 17, 2020 Ref. no. NSE/CM/Surveillance/9863 (NSE) with respect to increase in the volume of the Securities of the Company across Exchanges, in the recent past and asking the Company to submit a response on the same. The Company is aware that as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to intimate to the Exchange all the events, information etc. that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc. The Company has from time to time, promptly intimated the Stock Exchanges of such events, information etc. The Company also confirms that it is not aware of any unpublished price sensitive information which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchanged as per Regulation 30 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
